1. Guarantee Period

All eligible products come with a three (3) month guarantee, starting from the date of purchase (as shown on your receipt or order confirmation). Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash or original-payment-method refunds under any circumstances. All approved returns are resolved exclusively through store credit.

3. Store Credit Terms

• Store credit is issued for the full value of the returned item(s), provided the return meets the eligibility requirements below.

• Store credit will be issued in the form of an account credit.

• Store credit does not expire.

• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Store credit can be used toward any future purchase, subject to standard terms of sale.

  
  

4. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return and/or store credit, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 3 months of the purchase date.

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components (unless defective)

  
  

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Defective items will be reviewed and, if confirmed, will qualify for store credit or a replacement at our discretion, regardless of the standard eligibility criteria above.

7. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

   
   

8. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
